Pumpkin Nights should be at the top of your list if you can never get enough of the fall spirit. Howell Farms in Arlington hosts this event and takes the nature of the season seriously, with over 3,000 expertly-carved pumpkins on display. Ogle at 10-foot tall jack-o-lanterns, the world’s largest pumpkin guitar, and other larger-than-life displays as you enjoy games, booths, vendors, performances, and so much more.
Get spooked with an evening of haunt and horror
Late September – October
Spooky season should not be ignored on your Dallas fall calendar! Luckily, Plano’s 30,000-square-foot Dark Hour Haunted House is full of blood-curdling frights. With high-tech special effects and incredibly-dedicated actors, this haunted house is one of the scariest in the nation. So are you up for the scares?
